This project found significant cost savings by eliminating all structural steel and using Load-bearing precast concrete wall, still achieving an A Class industrial development. To accommodate the driveway location Azimuth lowered the building 2’, reducing the amount of fill required and less foundation wall. With these savings we added Hydronic Heating to the semi-trailer ramp down apron, allowing for snow free conditions all winter long. This design will use a functionally creative design, with investment-grade quality, this design will have high ceilings combined with dock and ramp up loading, LED lighting, tall façade window glazing, turnkey construction and full ESFR sprinkler system.
